Bells & Whistles troubleshooting

Log level controls how much information Bells & Whistles will add to the log files while it's running. This option should be changed only when requested by us after you've reported and issue with Bells & Whistles. The log files are included automatically in error reports or the emails created with Contact Service Support button from Bells & Whistles toolbar.

After receiving a solution to a reported issue restore Log level to error if needed. Adding more information to logs can cause slower performance in certain tasks.

Besides log level setting other options that enable various workarounds for existing issues can be available. As with the log level these options should be used only when requested by us.
