Does it work on MacOS?

No. Unfortunately, because Outlook for MacOS doesn't support the same APIs (Application Programming Interface) as the Windows version we can't make a version for MacOS.

Does it work with Office 365?

Yes, but only with Outlook (desktop app) on Windows operating systems.

Outlook disabled Bells & Whistles, how do I re-enable it?

In Outlook main window click FileOptions, select Add-ins on the left, at the bottom of the window next to Manage select Disabled Items and click Go button, select the entry containing bwaddin.connect and click Enable button, restart Outlook.
